Doctorate in Mass Communication with 11 years post PhD teaching and research experience in higher education with the establishment of a TV Studio, establishment of FM Radio Channel and projects at university and international level. Headed a team of academicians and professionals of Mass Communication discipline from different nationalities in a multicultural environment for 10- years as Head of Mass Communication Department in the Middle East. Authored 03 books and 41 research papers out of which 21 in HEC, Pakistan recognized Research Journals. Filed thousands of news stories, write-ups, columns, and articles as a working Journalist and produced hundreds of live programs and scores of documentaries, talk shows and research reports independently. Examiner Federal Public Service Commission, Pakistan for Journalism. Member of the panel of Judges for Journalists Award under All Pakistan Newspapers Society (APNS). Exam paper setter and evaluator for the placement of Minister Press (BPS-20), Press Counsellor (BPS-19) and Press Attaché (BPS-18) under External Publicity Wing of Ministry of Information and Broadcasting 2019. Exam paper setter and evaluator for the placement of Associate Professor (BPS-20), Assistant Professor (BPS-19 and Lecturer (BPS-18) for The University of AJK, Muzaffarabad and University of Swabi.
